- Commission Disbursement Authorization - Our Regular Commission Payment procedure is: 1. The title company writes a single check to your company at closing. 2. You then do a final review of your file to make sure that everything is complete and in the proper order. 3. You photocopy your commission check for the closed file 4. You get a deposit slip for our commission account and make the deposit to our account. Be sure to use the correct deposit slip for your company. 5. You then bring back the deposit receipt. 6. We then do a final review of your closed file. If the file is complete and in proper order, we then write your check. 7. Your original file will be scanned and returned to you for your records. Please do not leave these closed and scanned file in your mail file at the office.

Commission Disbursement at Closing 1. Your file must be properly submitted via our online file management system at www.brokersguild.net 2. You must have approval to close from your broker at www.brokersguild.net 3. You complete the Commission Disbursement Authorization Form found by clicking this link Commission Disbursement Authorization Form and submit it to your broker for their signature at least two days before closing. You will also need to complete an Electronic File Disbursement form which you can find by clicking this link Electronic File Disbursement form. 4. We will e-mail the signed CDA to your title company. 5. At closing you will receive 2 checks, one made out to you and one made out to Brokers Guild Cherry Creek Ltd. Or Brokers Guild Classic Ltd. 6. Within 48 hours, you will bring, or FedEx to your office, the checks payable to Brokers Guild Cherry Creek Ltd. Or Brokers Guild Classic Ltd. along with copies of the HUD, Settlement statements, Title Company Disbursement Statement and this form as remittance advice. 7. If your file has been completed properly, you will remain eligible for future Commission Disbursements at Closing. Otherwise, you will need to return to our regular commission payment system until you have again been given permission to use the CDA method.
